The Challenge
Murney Limited have been employed as part of the ongoing programme to maintain faulty street lighting cables. Working from Leeds the service areas covers the various local authority areas across West Yorkshire.
The Solution
Following the identification of an issue on the network Murney Limited visit site and investigate the cause of the fault. Having identified the position of the fault our jointer will either replace the cut out or instruct our teams where to excavate and effect a repair. The works are then backfilled and reinstated once the street light has been returned to service.
In the period Murney limited have repaired circa 15,000 street lights across the area.
We have apprentice trained 5 jointers and mates .
